WHAT DOES CUSTOMIZATION INCLUDE?
See all the details on the product page. But in short: only the text is customizable. The graphics, size, colors, layout, and overall design is exactly as pictured and no edits are included. One round of customization is done with the text you provide or the generic text we offer.
WAIT, BUT WHAT ABOUT PICTURES?
If you see a picture on any of the designs that’s an indication that you can share a picture of your choice to replace it with. You’ll need to provide the exact photo replacement and we’ll be happy to include it.
CAN I MAKE EDITS ONCE YOU SEND ME MY CUSTOMIZED FILE?
To avoid additional cost, be sure that the information you provide is COMPLETE & FINAL so that your piece will be customized accurately. Any edits for changes to your information after customization is complete will be billed hourly. We don’t like charging, and you don’t like paying such fees, so let’s avoid this…
WHAT PLATFORMS ARE THESE PACKAGES COMPATIBLE WITH?
You can use any platform of your choice – ChabadOne, ChariDy, RaiseThon or RaiseGiving. We won’t be overriding any of the default formats they provide but we will make sure that all the colors match your marketing assets within the options each platform provides.
CAN I CALL YOU?
Yup, for the right price 🙂 Seriously though, all stock packages we offer (like this) include email support / email correspondence only. That’s how we keep the cost down and accommodate everyone efficiently. HOW FAST CAN YOU GET THIS DONE?
Word has it that we’re pretty quick. But we can only get started after receiving ALL information from you. Once we have all your details and choice of text, we can dive in and have this done within 5 business days* so long as we receive your responses to each email same day or within 24 hours. Delayed responses are okay but they will extend the turnaround time.
*Custom items will extend the turnaround time. Turnaround time TBD based on the number of customizations requested.
WILL OTHERS HAVE THE SAME DESIGN AND TEXT AS ME?
You bet! This is a stock option off the rack, not tailor made, which means that many people will be purchasing the same product. That’s how we can sell this at a steep discount. If you prefer something super unique that’s never been seen before, contact us for a custom quote.
