It Takes More Than a Flyer

It Takes More Than a Last-Minute Canva Flyer and a Hopeful Email

If you’re on Rabbi Bryski’s email list, opened Chabad of the Conejo’s fall brochure, or landed on their robust academy website this year, you’ve already seen our work without knowing it.

We didn’t attend a single class.

But we made sure everyone else did.

When Chabad of the Conejo approached us for a game-changing refresh of their semester branding, marketing and website, we started where every good strategy does: asking the hard questions.

What was standing between a brilliant program and a full room?

Was the design underselling the experience?

Were the emails getting opened or ignored?

Was the website losing people before they ever hit submit?

We mapped every step from first impression to final click.

Then came the full rebuild: designs that demanded attention, a web experience that made registering effortless, and a system that turned good intentions into confirmed registrations.

Wednesday night in November? Full room.

Results

Brochures that made the whole semester impossible to ignore. Event posters bold enough to stop a scroll. A website that organized every class and program so nothing got buried. Emails that showed up before people had a chance to make other plans. Social content that kept the buzz going all semester long.

One system.
Every touchpoint.
Zero empty seats.

Ever Panic When Registrations Seem Slow?

Most people don’t register the first time they hear about an event. They see the flyer. They mean to sign up. They get distracted. Then they remember two weeks later, if you remind them. The organizations with the best attendance aren’t necessarily the ones with the best programs. They’re the ones still showing up in inboxes, on social media, and on websites to keep reminding people to register.

Pro Tip

One flyer won’t fill a room. Neither will one email. Plan a full promotional sequence with a brochure, emails, social media engagement, and various reminders all linking back to an easy to navigate website and event registration system. Be prepared to send a sold out email; that’s how effective good marketing is.

Summer’s the Moment

The shluchim with packed rooms in the fall usually start planning long before September. If your upcoming year of programming deserves more than a last-minute flyer and a hopeful email, let’s talk.
