We’re a dynamic marketing agency in Crown Heights seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Marketing & Design Assistant to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented junior designer to develop their creative skills while supporting our marketing operations team. The ideal candidate is thorough, efficient, and has a sharp eye for precision, thriving in a fast-paced environment while quickly mastering new processes.

Requirements:
🎨 Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
🖥️ Strong computer skills and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines
🎯 Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
💡 Familiarity with Canva and experience with the ChabadOne platform is a plus

Hours & Location:
🕘 Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM; Friday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
🏢 In-house at our Crown Heights office only

Responsibilities:

🖥️ Web & Email Design

• Prepare, export, and organize design assets for web and email
• Design web icons, headers and page layouts for existing websites
• Follow established brand guidelines with a high level of accuracy

🛠️ Web Updates & Maintenance

• Handle day-to-day website updates across client sites on WordPress and ChabadOne
• Manage forms and form integrations
• Independently track tasks, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure smooth workflow

📧 Marketing & Email Support

• Set up and schedule email broadcasts using provided templates
• Communicate with clients regarding email assets, approvals, and scheduling
• Assist with formatting, proofreading, and quality-checking marketing materials
