1 WordPress routinely issues updates to add features, stability, performance and to patch any security vulnerabilities. These updates are set to occur automatically on your site. It typically occurs 2-3 times a year and generally will not affect the functionality of your site in any way. Note, however, that any update has the potential to break or change the customizations on your site and may require support time billed hourly to make adjustments, typically not requiring more than 1-2 hours if needed at all.
2 In order to provide extra functionality not included in your standard WordPress site (e.g. Forms, Site Search etc.). As with core updates, these updates are set to update automatically and have the ability to break your site design – it rarely happens but it’s a possibility. As these plugins are generally developed by third-parties, it is up to the developers of each plugin to ensure that their plugins remain compatible and up to date with WordPress’s core.
3 ChabadOne releases updates that may affect or break the design of your site and may require support time billed hourly to make adjustments, typically not requiring more than 1-2 hours. ChabadOne’s standard support does not include support for custom coded sites such as this.
