Creative Agency in Crown Heights seeking a bright, reliable assistant with excellent computer skills and a sharp eye for detail and precision. Candidate should be exceptionally thorough and efficient, with the ability to grasp new concepts quickly and work with a fast-paced team.

- Part time or Full time, Monday through Friday
- Centrally located in Crown Heights
- In-house only
- Minimum 1-year commitment required
- Knowledge of Photoshop or ChabadOne a plus but not required
What you’ll do:
- Handle all website update requests – posting events, creating forms etc.
- Coordinate web components with our designers and programmers
- Create promotional emails or set up content on weekly email newsletters
- Interact closely with numerous clients and provide quick turnaround on requests
- Assume responsibility for meeting all deadlines
- (Additional opportunities available depending on skill and talent)
Abilities and Experience
- Ability to efficiently meet and manage client expectations
- Take projects from concept to completion, with clear vision and flawless execution.
- Driven and motivated with a can-do, proactive approach
- Excellent Organizational skills
- A passion for exceeding expectations
- Ability to maintain strong grip on full scope of multiple ongoing projects
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- High degree of attention to detail and accuracy
- Talented in anticipating a clients’ needs and offering related solutions
- Self motivated with the ability to assume responsibility and also take direction
- Excellent organizational skills
- Team player with high work ethic
